Why work with Kate?

Hey, I'm Kate. I’m 39, a mum of three kids aged 16, 12 and 8, and I know exactly how it feels to juggle work, family, and trying to make time for myself, but always falling to the bottom of the list.

After having my third child, I'd lost my confidence, had no energy, and nothing I tried ever seemed to work long-term.

I was always either "starting fresh" or giving up… and honestly?

I was exhausted by it all.

I'd tried the slimming clubs, celebrity plans, the cutting out, the pushing through, but nothing felt sustainable, and none of it stuck.

So, I stopped chasing quick fixes and started building a lifestyle and habits I could actually stick to.

Over time, I lost over 50 lbs, not through extremes but by creating simple, sustainable habits and focusing on how I wanted to feel, not just how I wanted to look.

Now, as a qualified personal trainer, nutritionist, and health coach (and former school teacher of 15 years), I help other women do the same—not with pressure or perfection but with patience, compassion, and a plan that fits real life.

Because I believe every woman deserves to feel confident in her body, energised in her day, and proud without sacrificing who she is to get there.
